Kelli Templeton,

Kelli Templeton enthusiastically returned to her roots in Amway North America as Chief Marketing Officer in 2019: she started her Amway tenure in North America in 1997.

As CMO, Kelli is a passionate member of the ANA leadership team and is responsible for all areas of Marketing across the U.S., Canada and Dominican Republic. She leads product portfolio and innovation, brand equity, social media, communications, market research, customer experience design and go-to-market programs to support IBOs.

Kelli spent the first decade of her career in North America Beauty Marketing.  Under her leadership were some of the most successful product launches in the history of the Artistry™ brand including Crème Luxury and Light-up Lip Gloss, which quickly became a global beauty phenomenon and is still regarded as the ultimate conversation-starter for IBOs. Kelli was later promoted to Director of Amway Brand Marketing, and in 2017 assumed her international role as Vice President of Global Beauty Marketing. There she led global strategies that drove profitable growth for the Artistry beauty brand, including the introduction of Artistry Studio, the Artistry Virtual Beauty App, as well as the upcoming renovation of the Artistry brand and the launch of the new Artistry Skin Nutrition healthy beauty line. 

Kelli earned her bachelor’s degree from Hope College. She is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and is actively involved in fundraising for Hope Scarves, a non-profit supporting people facing cancer and funding for metastatic breast cancer research. She also supports the annual ‘Couture for a Cure’ event and is a volunteer for local Amway philanthropic efforts. Kelli lives in East Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband, Will (who also works for Amway); son Cole; and dog, London.
