Resetting Your Password

At Amway, customer privacy and security are of utmost importance. We make every effort to help ensure that our policies protect your online account information.

As a best practice, Amway urges you to create strong passwords unique to your Amway accounts, and to change your password every 30 to 90 days.

You can change your password under Security Information in My Account.

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page. You will need to verify your identity with your Username or Amway ID, Personally Identifiable Information, and the answer to your security question or if a security phone number is provided a verification code can be used. If you have not created a security question and answer, you will need to call Customer Support to set this up. This information is never sent via email.
