Changing Your Security Information

At Amway, customer privacy and security are of utmost importance. We make every effort to help ensure that our policies protect your online account information.

You will set up your security question and answer during your first login to the site. You will be able to enter your own security question and answer. Your answer should be something that you will remember.

You will also have the opportunity to provide a security phone number that is text enabled. This way you can receive a verification code sent to that number.

To update your security information, go to Security Information, in the My Account section.
