Back to TopOur Lead Time Promise offers U.S. customers more flexibility with faster, more convenient shipping options.
Lead Time Promise: This refers to the total lead time from order placement to door delivery. The “math magic” that helps us get those delivery dates is dependent on cut-off times. For example, an order placed before 3 p.m. ET will take a true 5 business days. However, orders placed after 3 p.m. ET will calculate the next business day and appear to take 6 business days.
Lead Time Promise is differentiated as follows:

NOTE: An additional fee of $1.50 will be automatically added to products that weigh 6-10 lbs. For products that weigh over 10 lbs., an additional fee of $10.00 will be automatically added. While the surcharge is a per unit cost, it will also impact some bulk orders such as pallets of XS™ Energy Drinks.
Please note that if a customer meets the free shipping threshold offered through the AmPerks Customer Rewards Program, they will still be awarded free shipping but will be assessed for this surcharge if their order contains any of the impacted products.
Freight Forwarding
Back to TopThe IBO or Customer placing the order with Amway will need to indicate a delivery address within the continental United States. The IBO or Customer must make arrangements with the Freight Forwarder for shipments outside of the United States. Individual Freight Forwarder charges will vary and are the responsibility of the ordering IBO or Customer using the Freight Forwarder service.
Orders shipping to a Freight Forwarder’s address must have the IBO’s and the Freight Forwarder’s names included in the shipping address.
It is necessary to use a Freight Forwarder to ship merchandise to the following offshore locations: Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas Islands, Barbados, Barbuda, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Netherland Special Municipalities (Bonaire, St. Eustatius, Saba), Nevis, Peter Island, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, Trinidad, Tobago and Tortola, Turks and Caicos.
