Items shipped separately
Some items are shipped separately, with different delivery times and instructions. Check the product page for shipping information.
I only received some of the items I ordered. Where are the rest of them?
We have fulfillment centers located in California, Georgia, Hawaii and Michigan. It’s possible that items within the same order could be shipped from another fulfillment center(s).
Shipment details are available in your order history on the package view tab.
Can I track my order?
You will find convenient links in your Order History that will provide shipment details and estimated delivery date(s) for your packages.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order ships and will also include convenient tracking links.
Delivery Options and Charges
Flat Rate Fee by Service Level:
Ground: Delivery within 7 business days unless otherwise specified. Not available for truck shipment or items shipped separately from the vendor. Available within the 48 contiguous U.S. States.
Expedited: Delivery within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. Available within the 48 contiguous U.S. States.
Premium: Delivery within 2 business days. Most orders made after 12:00 p.m. will ship on the next business day. Available only within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Not available for truck-shipped items or items shipped separately from the vendor. Available on orders weighing 30 lbs. or less. Hazard code shipping restrictions may apply.
Offshore: Delivery outside the contiguous U.S. includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and the Pacific Rim Islands.
Pick-up: Pick-up orders can be picked up at any of the U.S. Service Centers listed. The order must be placed at least 2 hours prior to pickup. Orders placed less than 2 hours before Service Center closing time and any time after closing time can be picked up the following business day.
Extended Pick-up: Extended pick-up orders may be picked up on the second business day after placing the order.
The IBO or Customer placing the order with Amway will need to indicate a delivery address within the continental United States. The IBO or Customer must make arrangements with the Freight Forwarder for shipments outside of the United States. Individual Freight Forwarder charges will vary and are the responsibility of the ordering IBO or Customer using the Freight Forwarder service.
Orders shipping to a Freight Forwarder’s address must have the IBO’s and the Freight Forwarder’s names included in the shipping address.
It is necessary to use a Freight Forwarder to ship merchandise to the following offshore locations: Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas Islands, Barbados, Barbuda, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Netherland Special Municipalities (Bonaire, St. Eustatius, Saba), Nevis, Peter Island, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, Trinidad, Tobago and Tortola, Turks and Caicos.
