What does this mean for AmPerks members?
AmPerks may be coming to an end, but all Registered and Preferred Customers will still receive FREE ground shipping on orders of $139 or more ($299 in AK and HI, $699 in Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and other Pacific Rim Islands). What comes next?
The AmPerks program will begin phasing out benefits this fall. Starting September 23, 2024:
- No new members can join the AmPerks program.
- Current members will no longer earn points on purchases or sign-ups.
- All promotions related to the AmPerks program will be discontinued. All Registered and Preferred Customers will receive free shipping on any order of $139+.
While you will not be able to earn new points, you will still be able to use any remaining AmPerks points in your account until the end of the year. Check your balance and shop today!
After December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm ET:
- All AmPerks points and any unredeemed rewards will expire – be sure to use them before the end of the year!
- Purchases made entirely with AmPerks points will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
- Purchases made in part with AmPerks points will be eligible for return for a refund of the amount paid after AmPerks points were applied.
