Maintenance & Repair


The eSpring® Water Purifier and eSpring Carbon Water Treatment System are designed for ease of maintenance. All the main components are modular, so they can be removed easily for repair or replacement.

If you suspect your eSpring unit is malfunctioning or requires service, please contact the Amway Customer Service team (call 800-253-6500 or Customer.Service@amway.com). They will guide you through helpful steps to determine if your unit needs to be sent in for repair or replacement, and will walk you through the process if it does.

Please do not return your eSpring unit to Amway without first contacting Customer Service. The team will issue you a Return Authorization, which includes free-of-charge postage, so that your product will be processed properly.
