Changing your Security Image and Phrase


At Amway, customer privacy and security are of utmost importance. We make every effort to ensure that our policies uphold the safety of your online account information.

You select your Security Image and create a Security Phrase when you setup your security information during your first login to the site. The image and security phrase will be displayed to you at login to verify that you are on the Amway website.

If during login you see a different image or security phrase, do not enter your password and contact Customer Service immediately.

You can change your Security Image and Phrase under Security Information in My Account.
