Calculating PV/BV and credits You will earn PV/BV on purchases from most Partner Stores & Services. In addition, you earn PV/BV on all customer purchases.
To track PV/BV earned on individual orders, go to My Account. Orders are reported in Order History according to the original order date.
PV/BV is paid the month following the sale at the Partner Store. For example, if you order during April, you can view your bonus information in your account in May – usually by the 20th of the month. For consistency, the Merchant Partners report their purchases in monthly increments. Partner Stores & Services volume is posted to PV/BV Inquiry during the last three business days of the month.
If more than 60 days have passed from the date of your original purchase or sign-up and you have not seen the PV/BV in your account, contact Customer Support.
Exceptions Wireless MarketPlus and Inherent Health both report sales to Amway more quickly, normally within 48 hours of product shipment. Please allow up to 14 days after shipment for PV/BV from Wireless MarketPlus or Inherent Health transactions to be posted to your account. Network Savings Partners Programs: These are discount programs for the personal use of IBOs. These programs do not pay PV/BV. For a list of these, please check the back of your ID card.
Amway Visa® Card: Sign-up PV/BV will be posted to your account 30 days after your first Amway Visa Card purchase.
