As a best practice, Amway urges you to create strong passwords unique to your Amway accounts, and to change your password every 30 to 90 days. At least once a year, you are required to change your password.
You can change your password under Security Information in My Account.
If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page. You will need to verify your identity with your Username or Amway ID, personally identifiable information, and the answer to one of your security questions. If you have not created security questions and answers, you will need to call Customer Support to set this up. This information is never sent via email.
