Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return it within 180 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax.
(NOTE: Specific limited guarantees apply to designated products.) This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to IBO purchases for stock or inventory.
Warranties
Choices®
Certain Choices products have their own warranties, as noted on the product pages.
Store for More®
Some Store for More® products, such as electronics, have specific manufacturer's warranties that accompany the product. You may request a copy of the warranty before ordering.
In addition, the Store for More warrants merchandise for a period of 180 days from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift. If any mechanical device should become defective during the 180-day period, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or issue a refund for such device. This warranty, which does not cover damage to a product resulting from accident or misuse, provides specific legal rights. Other rights that vary from state to state may be available. Because our inventory is constantly being replenished with new stock, it is possible that a similar product of equal or higher value may be substituted at no additional cost.
