Where We Are

Michigan

Our headquarters is located in the historic village of Ada, MI, just 10 minutes from Grand Rapids, Michigan’s second largest city.

A growing city with small-town character, Grand Rapids is home to six colleges and universities, a world-class medical research facility, a newly renovated international airport, and some of the nation’s top-rated school systems.

Less than an hour from Lake Michigan, Grand Rapids boasts plenty of outdoor amenities nearby, perfect for boating, sailing, fishing, camping, snow skiing and golfing.

West Michigan has a growing list of attractions, with museums for all ages and subjects, and multiple venues for sporting events, theater and live performances.

Sunny Southern California

In California, we manufacture our Nutrilite brand of vitamins and supplements. Our Buena Park complex is located in Orange County, less than one hour from downtown Los Angeles and two hours from San Diego. Orange County enjoys beautiful weather year round. Our Lakeview facilities are located in neighboring Riverside County.

Recreational activities abound…museums, professional sporting events, state and national parks, you name it. Surf Huntington Beach 15 miles south, or drive up and down Pacific Coast Highway for sightseeing. If an evening of opera is more to your liking, the Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa is just 20 minutes away.

From high culture to California laid-back lifestyles, the recreational opportunities are as diverse as the people who live there.

Other Locations

We operate from a number of other locations across the U.S. These are mainly our state-of-the-art Service Centers, offering distribution and logistics services.

Southeast Service Center, Norcross, GA
Southwest Service Center, Arlington, Texas

Amway’s Talent College Talent Acquisition Program

One of the best things you can do as a student to help your career is to get as much real life experience under your belt as possible. We think one of the best places you can do that is right here with Amway. Are you interested in applying knowledge you've been learning in the classroom to a real work environment, while getting paid for it? If so, our award-winning College Talent Acquisition program may be just the right opportunity for you. Through our program, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects that provide practical work experience and add value to our organization.

Through our College Talent Acquisition Program, you as an intern:

• Are paid a competitive hourly wage.
• Are offered a housing allowance if you live over 50 miles from your work assignment.
• Can enjoy perks such as product discounts at our Employee Store and access to our full-service Fitness Facility.
• Are given a mentor. The mentor can offer guidance on your project, career advice and even help you network outside of your department.
• Are encouraged to participate in networking events including:
• The Reverse Career Fair - This provides you with an opportunity to meet a large number of hiring managers in a short period of time, allowing you to openly discuss your project and the value you can add to our company.
• Bi-Weekly Meetings - Vice President's from various divisions speak to you abut their role in the company, how they advanced to their position and even offer career advice.
• Whitecaps Game - A trip to our minor league baseball team allows informal networking among interns and your mentors.
• West Michigan Intern Olympics - You are given the opportunity to network with other young professionals in West Michigan, all while playing wacky games like marshmallow dodge ball.
• R&D Lunch and Learns - You receive tours of various Amway R&D labs to increase your understanding of what we do at Amway.

*Note that interns do not receive healthcare or other full-time benefits.

What is an Internship / Co-Op and Who Qualifies?

• Internship assignments are typically for a three month period during the summer.
• Co-op assignments are either three or six month-long assignments that a student can receive school credit for.
• Candidates must be authorized to work full time in the Untied States, regardless of citizenship status.
• Candidates must be enrolled in a BS, Masters or PhD program in a relevant discipline, have completed at least one year of undergraduate coursework and have a minimum GPA of a 3.0.

How to Apply

• Students can attend a campus career fair to discuss Internship Opportunities.

When a candidate is no longer being considered for a position, they are notified by email or phone.
• Resumes must be submitted online.
