The 48 scientists and technical staff in theseven eSpring laboratories have spent thousands of hours researching the best water treatment technologies from around the world. Their work has created the brand's truly innovative products, with 270 patents granted or pending.

Dedicated laboratories, with links to 75 universities around the world, develop the technologies that are brought to you by 7,500 square metres (80,700 sq ft) of manufacturing facilities. In 1996, investment in new technologies created a breakthrough in home water treatment, making the eSpring brand a global leader in UV applications for consumer drinking-water products.
