The Home Tech production facility in Ada, Michigan, USA, has been in operation since 1998, and currently has 81 employees. With 7,560 square meters (81,835 sq ft) of manufacturing and warehouse space, it has so far produced more than 400,000 main units on its seven main assembly lines. Eight additional lines produce and assemble components and spare parts.

eSpring Water Treatment Systems are manufactured in Ada, with computer-controlled test facilities ensuring that the units' sophisticated electronics are working correctly. At the same time, pressure-testing equipment uses compressed nitrogen to ensure that the products won't leak. In the eSpring manufacturing facility, quality is fitted as standard.
