SA8™ Manufacturing

Quality control is at the core of SA8 manufacturing. Checks are carried out every step of the way, to make sure that the balance of ingredients is exactly right, and that they've been combined evenly and effectively. The special powder production line sprays the active ingredients onto blended powders so that every scoopful contains exactly the right amount of surfactant. Even then, each product is double-checked, just to be sure. Throughout the production process, SA8 powder is quality checked a total of 397 times in an eight-hour period.
