Probably the most unique or special thing about Amway is our partnership with Independent Business Owners, or IBOs as we call them. We support Independent Business Owners through a variety of things that we do here at Amway, particularly with the products that we develop and that they can offer for sale. But the most unique part about this organization is because of people working together, and those who have been in the business have a wealth of knowledge and understanding that they can share with others and in turn help them achieve success. Our strength is in those relationships.
