The shelf life is 450 days.

Is there anything about Perfect Empowered Drinking Water with flavor that is likely to cause concern for the NCAA or other organizations?
 Perfect Empowered Drinking Water with flavor does not contain any banned substances. Athletes should be aware that the Fruit Punch Focus flavor contains 100 mg of caffeine per bottle. Because we cannot determine how use of our products may affect results of every medical test, we recommend that individuals consult their physician about which products are best for them.

How much Perfect Empowered Drinking Water with flavor can I drink in a day?
Up to two bottles (any flavor combination) may be consumed each day. Perfect Empowered Drinking Water Fruit Punch Focus flavor contains 100 mg of caffeine per bottle, so if XS® Energy Drinks are also being consumed, daily intake of both products should be limited to no more than two units, i.e. bottle or can.
 
Will I stay within safe upper levels of intake if I drink Perfect Empowered Drinking Water with flavor and take NUTRILITE® DOUBLE X® Vitamin/Mineral/Phytonutrient supplements?
Consumption of up to two bottles of Perfect Empowered Drinking Water with flavor plus DOUBLE X as per label recommendation will not exceed any upper levels of intake.

Are these drinks recommended for pregnant women or nursing mothers? If so, what is the recommended serving?
Perfect Empowered Drinking Water with flavor may be consumed by pregnant women or nursing mothers looking to hydrate with more than just water. The recommended serving is up to two bottles (any flavor combination) per day. Perfect Empowered Drinking Water Fruit Punch Focus flavor contains 100 mg of caffeine per bottle, so if XS® Energy Drinks are also being consumed, daily intake of both products should be limited to no more than two units, i.e. bottle or can.

Is this product recommended for children? If so, what is the recommended serving?
Perfect Empowered Drinking Water Pomegranate Blueberry Immunity flavor and Lemon Lime Vitality flavor are a suitable beverage for children, who may consume up to one bottle per day. Perfect Empowered Drinking Water Fruit Punch Focus flavor should only be consumed by children older than 12 years of age.

Can this product be taken with dietary supplements?
Perfect Empowered Drinking Water with flavor can be used with dietary supplements. People consuming other sources of caffeine should monitor their intake level.

How should I store my Perfect Empowered Drinking Water with flavor?
Store bottles in a cool location and refrigerate after opening. Excessive heat and leaving the bottle open can affect the quality of the product.

What is Microstructured water?
Microstructured® water has unique properties that are rarely found in other types of drinking water. It is believed that water molecules cluster together, making it difficult for the body to utilize until the clusters are broken up. Microstructuring is a proprietary process designed to break up these large clusters, resulting in water which is believed to be smoother and “wetter.” With this process, the water is now able to pass into the cells of the body more easily.

Is the bottle recyclable?
We are very proud to say, after searching high and low, we have found what we believe is the best bottle for our water. If you look at the bottom of each bottle, you will see a triangle with a 1 in the center. This means it is a PET1 and recommended by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for water and juices. PET1 is the most common and easily recycled plastic. It also is safe in that it does not contain harmful BPA chemicals, which have been in the news lately with other types of plastics that can leach the chemical. Please encourage your customers to recycle. When a better alternative to PET1 comes along, you can rest assured that we'll be checking it out.

Is there a concern over the bottles leaching BPA?
Our bottles are PET1 (Polyethylene Terephthalate), not Polycarbonate, and contain no BPA. Perfect Empowered Drinking Water bottles are the industry standard for safe bottles for water, soda, and juices.

What is sucralose? Is it sucrose?
Sucrose is a type of sugar. Sucralose is a no-calorie artificial sweetener. Like many no- and low-calorie sweeteners, sucralose contains a very small amount of common food ingredients, e.g., dextrose and/or maltodextrin, for volume. Because the amount of these ingredients is so small, it still has an insignificant calorie value per serving and meets FDA standards for “no calorie” sweeteners.

What is Ace K?
Ace K is a non-caloric, non-cariogenic (does not promote tooth decay), non-nutritive sweetener that delivers powerful, great-tasting sweetness (approximately 200 times as sweet as sucrose). Ace K is preferred because its sweet taste is perceived quickly and does not persist longer than the taste of the product. It provides excellent sugar-like taste.
