NUTRILITE Whey Protein Powder can be consumed anytime you are looking to boost your protein intake, whether it be at or in between meals. In particular, NUTRILITE Whey Protein Powder is a great choice either before or after exercise. Just add the contents of one scoop to 4–6 fluid ounces of cold water and mix well. You can also add NUTRILITE Whey Protein Powder to low-fat or nonfat milk.
