You create your Username when you register or during your first login to the site. Your Username must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one letter. Your Username is used to login instead of your Amway ID#.

My Account.
If you forget your Username, you can retrieve it from the login page. You will need to verify your identity with your Amway ID Number, personally identifiable information, and the answer to one of your security questions. If you have not created a security question and answer, you will need to call Customer Service to set this up. This information is never sent via email.
