Track Orders/Delivery Details


To track your orders, you will find convenient links in the Order History section under Shipping and Delivery Information.

If your order shipped via UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex, a tracking ID will be provided with a link to each company’s website for tracking purposes. Information will typically appear the day after shipment and will track the delivery of your order. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, allowing you to connect to Amway Order History Delivery Details after your order ships.

Items shipped separately
Some items are shipped separately, with different delivery times and instructions. Check the product page for shipping information. Products shipped separately could take up to eight weeks to deliver, depending on the products.

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of the order being received, excluding weekends and holidays. If an email address was provided when the order was placed, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships. Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped.
Our carriers pick up Monday through Friday.
If you need your order to be prioritized leaving the distribution facility, you may upgrade to express delivery for $8.
Please note: During holidays and peak times processing times may vary, however our service commitment remains that you’ll receive your order within the delivery time frame for the shipping method you’ve selected for your order.

I only received some of the items I ordered. Where are the rest of them?
We have fulfillment centers located in California, Georgia, Hawaii, and Michigan. It’s possible that items within the same order could be shipped from another fulfillment center(s).
Please note: Please allow eight business days from the day your order has shipped before reporting an order lost.
